RCL Reflection, 4th Sunday of Easter, Year C, May 8, 2022
Psalm 23 is probably the most beloved one in the Psalter, but seldom do we recognize, honor, and harness its power to guide our lives. Why not consider this powerful song of praise and promise this Sunday?
Get up, disciple!
RCL Reflection, 4th Sunday of Easter, Year C, April 12, 2019
Tabitha is one “sheep” who hears the voice of Jesus calling to her through the witness of others, and she in turn becomes a powerful witness to the good news when Peter gives her a second chance at life. Tabitha’s story is important because it reminds us that discipleship matters. Like Tabitha, let’s get up and get going. Our Shepherd calls! (Photo: Sonny Abesamis, Creative Commons)
The Voice
Lectionary Reflection for the Fourth Sunday of Easter, Year C, April 17
In following Jesus, we are trained and equipped by the Holy Spirit in the beloved community to use our hands to do God’s work and our voices to proclaim the Good News of the Shepherd King whose song is truly unending. (Photo: Alan Levine, Creative Commons)
