The standard prayer book for The lutheran Church [ELCA] is Evangelical lutheran Worship, available for $20 from Augsburgfortress.org. But this is mostly a worship book for the congregation — with hymns and service music.
For personal devotion, a favorite is the Episcopal Church’s Book of Common Prayer, which draws from the Anglican tradition. You can buy one for less than $10 on Amazon.com.
